“Beautiful place to stay, with amazing views of Smoky Mountains and all the comfort you need for family of four. The owners are super friendly and provided all the information and amenities to make check in and stay very comfortable. The condo is clean and very spacious with great views from every room. Most special time was watching the sunrise from the living room. We would love to come again in the summer and stay at this wonderful place. ”

“We loved the view and the balcony so much and all the ubers/lyfts who helped us get up and down the mountain all weekend were so amazing and welcoming! It was so quiet and clean! The balcony screen door was broken which isn’t a big deal at all, there wasn’t a bottle opener and it did smell a lot like smoke but also didn’t matter in the long run! Such an amazing stay and we plan to make this an annual trip so thank you for being the first! ”

“Location perfect and safe, However, really worn, dusty and outdated Sliding door did not lock and bannister on balcony loose. Hot water ran out before 1/2 before jets. Host texted multiple times before and during even though was aware it was a birthday trip. Also sent a text during birthday dinner offering a side deal to stay longer or checkout 2 hours later and we could leave 20 on the counter. Could hear pipes, etc. all night even though not many residents. Would recommended if just looking……

“Too many steps for my 84 year old husband who has mobility issues. Not sure sheets were fresh, they were pretty wrinkled. Otherwise place was very clean. Did not like going up mountaintop road to get there. Not the best place for elderly people but we still enjoyed our stay & condo was decorated very nicely. ”

Mrs. Lisa gave us great locations to try and everything was so close and convenient which is a plus when traveling with small children. This is definitely our new home away from home. “Stayed 3 nights with my family visiting Dollywood check in was excellent master bathroom didn’t have much water pressure. Room was clean and had plenty of room. Outside and the building could use some updating otherwise great place!”

“Excellent location for Big Ears, lots of food, beverage, & shopping options just outside. Loft is very nicely appointed and quite cozy, and communication was fairly prompt. The bar next door was quite noisy (party vibes) till 3am on a Wednesday night, so be aware if you’re looking for a quiet zone to relax and disconnect. Entrance isn’t clearly marked with the address, so a little extra detail on that would be helpful/reassuring. Overall a cool look and feel for a short or long stay, as long as……
