“Nice place to stay at”

“Clean Rooms, staff were nice, Breakfast was good, and we loved the fact the pool was warm. ”

“The whole place could use a very very deep clean. The lock to my door didn't work, so I couldn't leave anything in the room to get food places. Even after bringing it up, they didn't want to accommodate me with a room with a working lock. And by working lock, I mean you can physically enter the room without a key card. Since they're pet friendly get ready to see all the leftover pet stains, under UV the place looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. High touch surfaces not cleaned.”

“Toilet had difficulty flushing; stayed with a dog and had to pay separately. The breakfast was not good; coffee ran out. ”

“Breakfast was supposed to be from 7-10 At 8 am there was one sausage left a half cup of coffee and cold cereal We did find a very nice restaurant for breakfast just 3 minutes away ”

“Rooms are spacious and very clean. Property are so well kept. We didn’t partake in the breakfast (through I fault of the hotel we had to leave), but it’s so nice it’s offered!! Staff was polite and informative! ”

“Nobody on staff late night, had to ring bell. Smell of Thau food constantly, not much of a breakfast. No spoons, knives, forks, three cups, no coffee throughout the day, and no napkins. ”

“One of your breakfast ladies was especially kind and helpful to us. Even tho she was busy, she took time to answer our questions. Her name was Tonya (maybe taylia). Our second morning she came and asked if we needed anything else. She was kind and helped make our stay more enjoyable. ”

“Left over food in the refrigerator. Property was run down. Pool looked gross. Tv did not work. Most employees could have cared less about customer service.”

“Hotel was welcoming, pool was nice for kids, meals were provided and access to highway was very good. Staff was excellent and helpful”

“Parking was great, quite a few entrances but all key card access only which is very comforting for safety, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, we had a friend who has medical problems and they were able to give us a room close to his in case of an emergency without any hassle and breakfast was hot and delicious, we loved the waffles and breakfast potatoes. ”
