“Clean room Friendly staff and very responsive when we needed anything ”

“Bad first, Ice bucket in room no ice machine in building, I covered 3 floors then ran into a resident who informed me that there was no ice machine. 3rd floor elevator call button works but I had to push it 4 or 5 times to get it to work I don't know but might lead to bigger problems! Tv reception poor channels kept going out and back in. Good, room very clean and had everything that was needed. Really an interesting place fun to walk around. Very convenient to everything, restaurants and……

“When we checked in we were originally sent to a room that wasnt cleaned yet. Sheets removed, pillows on the floor etc. Staff was friendly and moved us without question. Second room was set up but overall not super clean. The room we were given had a strong smell of marijuana which I didnt appreciate, especially with kids. We were in a time crunch so we had to leave the window cracked and head out. Smell was gone when we got back. Beds are suppsed to be queen beds but were smaller than a standard……

“The room was clean enough, but far from pristine. They do offer breakfast, but guests are NOT permitted to take food to rooms! Exhaust fan did not work and we also reserved a king size bed and were switched to two double beds upon arrival. The location and price was great because of the event that we were attending, but unfortunately that is the ONLY good thing about this hotel.”
