"Stayed 5 days for a birthday trip. My Sorrento oceanfront suite was spacious however I was slightly disappointed. The carpet looked dated and unkept. Our shower also took forever to drain. My daughter's room in the Chateau tower was chic and morden equipped with robes which was also missing from my suite. Nevertheless my birthday dinner at Prime 54 was great. LIV VIP table was nice just wish the DJ was more diverse with the music. Didn't like 😕 paying for umbrellas on the beach but the pina coladas and pool side vibe 😎 was amazing. Breakfast at Vida's was great. Treats at Chez bon bon were also amazing 👏. I would definitely consider another stay just ensuring to address any issues upon arrival."

"Quiet, perfect location within the proximity of free trolleys. Great access to the beach just a short walk from the backdoor. Free complimentary drinks were a hit. Only thing is the room are rather small for a family of four."

"The staff was amazing. Everyone was smiling and very friendly. Love the free champagne from 5 to 6. Perfect location. Breakfast was really good. We had both the free continental and ordered also from the menu. Everything was delicious. Could not have been a better stay."

"I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I wanted people to know just how great my experience was at The Meridian Hotel and with MINE Hospitality. What impressed me most was how attentive they were when something didn’t go quite as planned. Problems can happen anywhere, but it’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about making things right. They listened, responded immediately, and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Beyond the excellent customer service, I had an amazing time. Great atmosphere, great location, and a staff that truly understands hospitality. I would definitely stay at The Meridian again. "It was a comfortable stay. Staff was friendly. Many times going in and out of the hotel, there was a staff there to open the door for us. I had an issue with my toilet and told the front desk ans someone came immediately to fix it. There was no mess when I returned. Great location. Next door to where Bad Boys and a Scarface movie was filmed. Directly across from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and food options for several blocks all in walking distance. Was able to do some shopping as well within minutes from the hotel. Lots of nightlife on every block. The amenities were outdated. We had several rooms and some had a microwave and some didnt. Overall, it was a great choice and I recommend the Beacon hotel to all!"
