“Hotel had a really fun environment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were top notch. Loved the art throughout the resort. Roof top pool was a beautiful quiet spot to lounge. Food and drinks were top notch. Our room was nicely decorated and clean. Only drawback is that we spent extra to have a balcony and ours was above the alley and pizza restaurant. It was really loud all hours of the day and well into the night so we didn’t really spend any time sitting outside our room.”

“L’hôtel est globalement très bien. En revanche, notre expérience avec le transport a été extrêmement décevante. Nous avions demandé un taxi pour 18h, mais avons dû attendre 30 minutes, ce qui nous a mis en retard. De plus, il ne s’agissait manifestement pas d’un taxi officiel, mais plutôt d’un VTC. Le tarif appliqué était totalement excessif : 88 € pour un trajet entre Miami Beach et l’aéroport international, soit environ le double du prix habituel. Il est inacceptable qu’un établissement……

“The hotel had an artistic emphasis that was very nice to experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff in general was very helpful and welcoming. I appreciate Gimena at the front desk. She was very kind and went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome. She embodies hospitality and is a good representative for the hotel. The pool and beach area were well managed and Warren and Mario were very accommodating. Overall a good experience and I will book the Sagamore again when……

“The Shepley is a great boutique hotel. The staff are excellent, courteous and always available. The Continental Breakfast offers plenty of varieties. For the early riser, like me, breakfast doesn't open until 7:30 AM. I would have liked to be able to grab at least a coffee a little earlier. They are a block from the beach and provide chairs, umbrellas and towels. We really enjoyed our stay. FYI: To the mobility challenged, access to the 2nd floor is by a steep staircase. ”

“South Beach is cross the street! Nice Cuba restuarant is just downstairs! Our room is roomy and quiet. However, the room and bath are not very clean and the be is too soft.”
