Hyatt Regency Times Square

10/10 Excellent

"The location is perfect for tourists! It’s in the center of Times Square and provides easy access to subway stations. The rooms are spacious, and the noise control is good. However, check-in was a disaster. We arrived early in the morning and completed the check-in process, but the rooms were not ready yet, which was totally normal. When we returned at 3:30 PM, the line was extremely long, and it took forever for each guest. Luckily, since we had already checked in earlier, the manager helped us skip the line and retrieve our room keys, which had already been prepared. We arrived on a Saturday, and the check-in line remained long until at least 4:30 PM. Plan ahead if you’re arriving during busy hours!"

"I had a nice stay overall. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was good to sleep in. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. I also liked that there were plenty of things to do at the hotel, including the casino and different food options. At times it could get a little busy and noisy, and check-in took a bit longer than expected, but nothing too major. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back."
