“The hotel was generally comfortable and cosy. I enjoyed my 4-night stay but was disappointed by the cleanliness of the restaurant, including floor, tables and chairs. Only on the Monday morning did I witness a friendly, competent member of staff making an effort to improve and maintain the restaurant’s cleanliness. No matter the time of day, the restaurant floor was repeatedly found unvacuumed. In the room, the toilet bowl was clean, but the rim had not been cleaned for sometime. Overall I would……

“I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay. It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay in the room with 27C? And there is not compensation. Charging almost 100 pound per night, and it is the sleep environment we got.”

“Excellent friendly staff very clean hotel though out the only thing that could have been better was the lunch and dinner menu not much choices also I noticed pool quite cold for me and shower and bath water was just warm not hot and I like a hot bath not a warm bath. ”
