Booked villa off hotels.com. The pictures and descriptions didn’t match what we booked. Case in point walk in shower, balcony, open airy with a garage. The front attendant kept telling me that you book the room not the pictures. Well you go off of the pictures to see what you’d like to rent. If that’s the case change the pictures and reword the description because the room description does say it is supposed to have a patio or balcony. And then he preceded to inform me that none of the one bedroom villas nor the two bedrooms have a walk in shower. It was very frustrating. They did end up changing our room to a 2 bedroom lower level apartment. No balcony or patio. Not sure if we’ll be back. Needs a little TLC and updating. The bathrooms especially need some help. Grout and wear. Not pretty.
