A TV viewable from the jetted tub lets you have a relaxing soak while watching your favorite film.And take advantage of the many resort-style amenities including a fitness center, indoor-outdoor pool, hot tub, and a pro shop. The Racquet Club also has certified professional tennis instructors and programs as well as a racquetball court.

TOPS'L Summit is located in the award-winning tennis facility, TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Resort, just steps from the most sought-after white sandy beaches on the Gulf Coast. Blue Dunes Grille (seasonal) and Club Tiki are the two on-site dining options, boasting creative menus that feature plenty of fresh, local ingredients. TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Resort is located in Miramar Beach, in close proximity to the excitement and adventures of Grand Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf. Enjoy the many local events and festivals occurring in the area throughout the year, venture over to the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park for hiking and nature trails, or simply sample the many local restaurants. You'll also be just a little over 12 miles from HarborWalk Village in Destin, featuring an array of local shops, restaurants, and watersports activities.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 5.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
