Many lodgings disqualify themselves by either a "no pet" or "sure, bring Fido, but you are going to pay" policy. I'm sure owners can site experiences for that but I've yet to witness a "bad dog" at a good inn. Reminds me of credit card companies that hope you are late so they can hammer you with fees. Highly recommend Butterfly Grove, our favorite out of the half dozen in P.G. we've stayed at.
