Went back to office & had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to help us. Boy that came to help said he was sorry. I asked for a refund & he told me he couldn’t since I didn’t pay him. Left & had to get another room at a better place @ hope I can get my money back”

“The hotel is in a wonderful location for walking to museums, restaurants, and other stores/shops. Parking is easy and free.
