“Average not bad”

“Had to continuously ask for towels and TP. bar soap, shampoo, conditioner. No face towels. Only one ice machine in the 2 buildings. Breakfast was decent, but we were there 9 nights, got a little repetitive. No elevator. AC not really efficient enough, it was 100° every day”

“We had an issue with the toilet the evening we checked in. We called the front desk asking for assistance. However, the issue was never taken care of and no one from the hotel even followed up with us. We had to walk downstairs any time we needed to use the restroom. HUGE inconvenience with 4 people in the room. We should have followed up when checking gout asking to have the room comped. Pretty unacceptable. It wasn't like a minor thing, this was a bigger issue.”
