"Nice and clean rooms. Front desk staff was rude and quite arrogant. The TV system was down throughout our stay, except for 2 or 3 local channels. I am perfectly fine with teenagers having fun but running around screaming at 11 pm for two nights was quite annoying, the hotel staff didn’t care."

"Everything was real good except the AC unit didn't keep the room cool until the early morning hours. Other than that it was good. Had issues with room 151 key pad not working but that wasn't a big deal. If you stay there don't go near the fence where the mulberry trees are or you'll track them into your room. They'll stain the floor but very easy to wipe/mop up."

"We were in for wedding, not realizing that the Blue Angels were in town also! The rain did not hold off any on lookers which made travel and parking difficult. We arrived later and were able to check in without issue. Our room was on the same floor as the ballroom, which happened to be hosting another wedding. The noise was no problem, however we were right next to the storage room and heard banging for an hour and half as staff put (assuming) tables and chairs away. We reserved a room with a view of the harbor, we were given a room on the total opposite side of the hotel. At check out the gentleman was super sorry for the mix up and gave us a partial credit. It did have a great breakfast. Would definitely stay there again, but would ask in advance of any events that are happening so we can plan accordingly."

"The hotel is average it looks nice but lacks the basics. For example it requires 3 switches to turn on one light in the bathroom. The TV only has two channels that come in clear and the parking lot lights are mostly non working.if you bring these things to stay staff The only thing they say is they "don't know" The staff are more geared toward supporting locals and rude to guests. For the cost stay elsewhere."

"The staff was great. Very nice location right on the Charleston Harbor. The hotel is showing its age. Sloppy paint work on walls with overlap on to the tile. Dirty/dusty HVAC vents. The bathroom sink was practically clogged and drained very slowly. The room AC turns on and off frequently and is very loud."

"Typical wear and tear at chains such as Quality Inn but what was annoying was not being able to control the temperature of the water from the faucet for the sink. It was warm or hot but never cool or cold. The faucet for the bath tub was the same. Breakfast was nothing special. "
