"We paid for a King Suite. Room 101 had a non-functioning heater in the living space; the temperature was 63. There was no maintenance staff available. We got moved to Room 1017, not as desirable location right off the lobby overlooking the parking lot. Asked for a 2nd luggage rack, was told none was available. There was a kitchen area with a coffeemaker but NO coffee (had to ask for it). This area has a real hazard because there is no light in the corner where the microwave and toaster are located. Because of the inconveniences we experienced, I asked for a price reduction and was told the manager would get my request. We got no communication from the general manager during or after our 2 night stay. Whoever designed the remodel of this "suite" must not have stayed in it for a night to see how poor a job was done. We are seasoned travelers and this property just does not measure up. The fact that we got no response from management is unacceptable. Incomplete staffing is unacceptable. There was a lack of attention to details in the suite. In summary, not as enjoyable a stay as we had hoped for and significantly overpriced."

"Door wouldn't shut had to put coffee bag in it keep it from rattling. Used staw s under both beds dusty and dirty. Did tell desk clerk when I checked out really poor breakfast . Would not stay there again."

"The room was clean and staff were kind. There was no kitchen at all and the interior did have a musty smell as expected being on the coast."
