“Everyone we met on staff were very helpful. This would be a lovely place for a family reunion or a private retreat. Our kids were camping about 5 miles away and we were able to enjoy both their campground and our comfortable setting.”

“Easy access. Strange odor in the common area and slightly into the rooms. Only (3) towels provided for a room that sleeps (4). No towel/rug for the bathroom floor provided which creates a slippery situation - especially with kids! Bugs found in the pull out bed.”

“I stayed at Wintergreen Inn for a conference and really enjoyed the property, food, service and accommodations. I'm glad that I stayed on the mountain because I had considered staying down in town. The road can be tricky at night. My only complaint is the squeaky bed and no instructions for using the TV. One of my friends had an issue with a rude desk clerk but I think management intervened and apologized for the rudeness Otherwise, I had a great time!”
