"The staff was all friendly. No issues with them at all. The property itself you can tell is older. It isn't your updated, fancy, higher quality building. The room itself was ok. The carpet had what looked like bleach spots, so it was pretty well used. I do love the big lighted mirror in the bathroom. I did not take a shower as I was only there 1 night and had showered before leaving home. The breakfast was pretty good. There were plenty of options; scrambled eggs, bacon, muffins, english muffin, waffles (and even had peanut butter for them), fruit, cereal, oatmeal, and possibly more that I missed. The water view is absolutely beautiful with birds everywhere. Not a bad place to stay at all if you're not bouje."

"Bathroom was dirty with hairs all Over the shower/bath. Surfaces were dusty in room and floor was sticky at entrance. Huge gap in window drapes so very bright in am which was awful since barely slept with the old and very loud and ever winding air conditioning unit. Have pics and video. Pool was filthy and the area itself was dilapidated and slapped together. Groundspeople walked around watering plants with rap blaring. I was flabbergasted at how lousy this experience was from the snotty front desk check in to there being no coffee after 9 am and more. On the marina. Very pricey for the area. Never again"

"Room was very clean, comfortable bed, beachfront was awesome! My only issue were the walls are very thin so hope your neighbors are quiet. Mine were not! They talked and laughed very loud all evening long. I don't mind people having fun but these guests did not respect other neighbors. I had to call front desk twice. Not sure that helped for it went on well after 11 pm. I had to turn up TV just to drown out the noise. Besides that, a good stay. Restaurants and bars were not open in the hotel so don't count on that. Maybe to early in season. Overall, a 4 star rating."

"This place was a total dump no smoke alarm in the room paint peeling off the ceiling fixture in bathroom hanging no shampoo or cream rinse big hole in the wall trim around window is rotten and black like mold"

"Staff was great we’ve booked for a two bedroom. We got our key went to the room and it was one king bed went back down and they took care of us immediately to get us the correct room."
