“Had a lovely stay at the Berkshires Untold! We checked in late and the staff reached out to confirm our arrival time and accommodated us without issue. The lobby was absolutely gorgeous and this renovated motel was very well done. We didn’t get to enjoy the fire pits outside but they looked cozy. We also did not have any food or beverage. The room was perfect for two of us, had all the basic amenities and was charming. Overall had a very pleasant stay! ”

“This charming hotel was one of our better stays. We enjoyed the room, the open areas and breakfast. This is a historic style hotel with beautiful, older wood floors and doors, narrow stairs, and small windows - all charming and the bathroom, while small, had the best shower. The staff was very helpful and fixed a check-in snafu quickly. Parking is at a premium, especially in the mornings but there is an overflow lot adjacent to the house. Loved our stay!”

“My five star rating is based on the rental being an exceptional value at the rate I paid (the rate I found on Expedia). "Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed the words to “she “will” try to find one” and I have to go back and wait. I told her I wait at front desk. She started to curse very loud and keep saying ” FXXX BXXX FXXX BXXX”. Unbelievable, these were sentence from front desk to client. She is definitely unqualified to work as front desk. Worst ever motel experience. Never choose this motel."
