“We did not check in until after 9pm so our stay was limited, be sure to check the sheets to assure they were changed/clean did not notice until around 1am that they appeared to be dirty, the tv was difficult to operate could not find cable. Overall the room was in good condition, we would stay again if in the area”

“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"...
