It certainly was a nice hotel and the location is hard to beat. I enjoyed my stay and the food/drinks I got there, they also offered free beignets and spiked coffee drinks in the lobby everyday, and the outdoor garden was lovely. I'd say that for a Ritz-Carlton hotel though, the room can feel a bit small and outdated.

Every thing you touch you pay, I was overcharged at check in my original balance was lower but when I went to pay it was higher and when I checked out, I woke up on Monday morning, but had another balance at checkout and received another balance at checkout. Valet and Room service was good. I was over charged $300😡
