This is one of my most favorite stays, love the deep soaking tub, and the club lounge has nice food options. Rooms and bathrooms are really clean.

Staff was great. Coffee awesome. Bed was the worst I’ve ever slept in. We were in room 521. The bed creaks every time you move, sits extremely low and totally uncomfortable. Pillows ok.

We absolutely loved our visit to the new orleans Ritz. It's centrally located so you can get to the CBD, FQ or uptown easily. The staff was wonderful, especially the door man Sean! He was a delight to see everyday. We had a delicious breakfast on Thanksgiving day. The bar is also very nice and comfortable. There are so many great restaurants nearby. The ruby slipper is less than a block away and has a delicious breakfast. We will be back to stay in the 2 king bedroom again!!
