Overall good property, however the refrigerator didn’t get cold at all and also there was only one elevator working which was a pain waiting. Also I think the a microwave should be included in the rooms.

I loved the rooftop, the experience was amazing ! Loved distance from bourbon street and other attractions in the city ! Unfortunately only one elevator was available which made the wait times longer.

They didn't cleaned the room the day it was supposed to, they left 3 towels and hands towels, no explanation, however it was cleaned the day before we left, and our server at restaurant was unprofessional, rude, never cared about how our food was

The staff was all very friendly. The one of the elevators didn’t function my entire stay Thursday-Monday. There were horrible lines queued awaiting the elevators as only 1 was working. This location had a rooftop pool and bar which was either usually blocked for private events or always packed as they allow people not staying at the hotel to access the pool and bar.l, which I was only able to visit twice during my stay. The pool was always cloudy and not clean; the pool had plastics cups and random odd floating debris in the water. Spend your money elsewhere, if it wasn’t for the friendly staff I’d give this hotel 1 star.

Only bad thing about our stay was waiting in long lines at times at the evaluator to get up to your room but staff did their best to get everyone up and down as quickly as possible but overall great hotel to stay and their location is very convenient for walking to local bars and restaurants

The decor and the facility itself were nice, although there were areas that were not clean (dust on chairs and tables in room, pool restrooms). There were several other things that were problematic during my stay. The front desk staff member that checked me in was unfriendly and seemed put out that she had to help me. The staff in the restaurant were slow, lacked attention to detail, and the food was not as described on the menu. This was particularly alarming since we were the only guests in the restaurant that evening for dinner. We were on the 8th floor and could hear the pool DJ through the ceiling. No one showed up to open the pool bar at noon; we left at 1 and still no one came.

This hotel had the potential to be nice but the service was non existent. The public areas were dirty. The hotel is out of the way. I would not recipe d it until it gets a much needed over haul of employees and decor.
