New Providence Castle Hotels

very nice business stay

The breakfast there is amazing ! Love the pool ! Love the friendly people at the front. Desk ! Room is simple but clean and the bedding smelled so good loved it

Beautiful room, beautiful property. The scenery was out of this world very friendly people very accommodating.

This property is clean and friendly

We loved being within walking distance of the Sight and Sound theaters and within driving distance to Hershey for a quick Chocolate visit. We think the bathroom could use at least one more towel bar or some hooks, but that's our opinion. Had a productive Cafe 23 visit. The included Great Smorgasbord breakfast was fantastic! We had freshly made omelets and really enjoyed the baked goods offerings. There was plenty of bacon, eggs, and sausages to go around. The music was appropriate and very...

We stayed here for our daughter's field hockey tournament at Spooky Nook, 24 minutes away. Beautiful farm country and the cabooses converted to motel rooms were so cool! I noticed they were in the process of updating the interiors of some of the cabooses, ours was a little bit in need of attention but it was minor cosmetic. Everything worked the way it should and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the restaurant (dining car theme!) and the service, at breakfast they went out of their way to...

The staff were wonderful. The front desk staff was very friendly and always asked how our day was when we returned. Madison, our housekeeping staff was right on top of things and understood we didn't want services when we were out because our dog Lucy was in the room.

Easy to find and get to, front desk staff was nice

If you book anywhere else you have passed up this Classy motel! Modern, tastefully decorated and super cleaned. We LOVED everything about this motel and it was a bargain! Your crazy if you book elsewhere!

I enjoyed my stay. But the staff needs some work. When I checked in and out I had to yell hello three times until someone came out to help me. Why wasn't anybody attending the desk? But other than that it was a nice hotal. I'd come again.

Clean and quiet place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Even called our room after checking in to see if everything was to our liking. The entire hotel was spotless. People were constantly cleaning, even washing the windows. Breakfast had many choices! Right next-door to the outlets!

Rooms were very clean.

Property is very nice and well maintained

The hotel is a great value, very clean and the staff is so warm and welcoming. The complimentary continental breakfast is great, the room is comfortable and spacious, and it is so convenient to area attractions. The only reason for the 4 on comfort was the lack of firmness of the bed and lumpy pillows. However it's the only hotel I've ever stayed in where there are enough pillows for each guest to have 2 pillows each, which is wonderful! The grounds are beautiful, and there is plenty of...

First time staying at the property overall expierence was great the morning check in guy forgot his name was great and his pup lucy is such a warm welcoming only thing the hotel needs to work on is the pool area kinda nasty but again overall good hotel great staff and really convient to everything also great pricing for area.

Recently stayed at Tru - a Hilton property. My husband and I are diamond members but I did not use those perks or credentials on this trip. The last Hilton we stayed at ALSO Had the issue of having no top sheet on the bed. during the night if you get too warm, you have to kick off all the covers and have no sheet ! : ( Not sure If this is the latest design trend or just a cost cutting move, but from here out, Will be calling before we make reservations to find out if the beds have full sets of...

The place was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and great food.

Very nice front desk reception, easy check in, very clean nice comfortable room and lobby

This is my bed and breakfast of choice when in the Lancaster area. The only draw back regarding our room is that it was on the front side of the hotel which is right on the corner of two busy streets and the room was not at all soundproof. We found it to be quite noisy which made it hard to get to sleep. I've stayed here before but had a room away from the main road and didn't have any problems.
