Absolutely. I’d keep it **honest but fair**, especially since the front desk staff did make an effort to help.
The stay was honestly okay, but it definitely wasn’t the best experience. We had several issues during our stay, including bugs in the hotel, a bathtub that would not drain properly, and no central air in the room. The room had a standalone air conditioner, and being on the 6th floor, it was noticeable and not the most comfortable setup.
At around 4 a.m. on Sunday, we had to move to another room because of the drainage issue, which was inconvenient, especially in the middle of the night.
That being said, I do want to give credit to the front desk staff. They were very accommodating and helpful when we brought the issues to their attention, and they did their best to resolve the situation.
Overall, the hotel wasn’t the worst, but given the issues we experienced, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless some of these concerns are addressed.
