“The bed was terrible, a main feature of a room right? It was the worst bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. If you can call it sleeping, waking up to hip pain and lower back pain. Wish it was better, as the rest of the room was good.”

“The receptionist was not very engaging or helpful. The room was really nice and we actually found pillows that weren’t flat. The sheets did not cover the king bed but that has become common. The breakfast was OK but no real oatmeal with some items to add to it. The rest was what has become typical breakfast fare.”

“I had an employee that worked 15 hours & was looking forward to a clean room. The garbage can was 1/2 full & there were long black hairs in the shower and on the shower walls. When the employee showed the Front Desk Clerk the pictures (this morning). She told him that there wasn't anything she could do about it now. She was actually very rude.”

“Bed and sheets were clean, the floor could have used some cleaning. Staff was courteous. Overall OK. It is what you would expect from a hotel off the freeway.”

“They were very prompt with requests. Made sure we knew plows were coming so we could move our cars. All around great place ”
