“Clean room. Quiet room. Comfortable bed & pillows Staff very helpful. Did not have breakfast. Will definitely book again. ”

“The lady who checked us in initially was nice. But after we checked in and went to the rooms we discovered that the rooms were moldy in and around the windows, and even the box springs for the beds, the mattresses were stained. The bedding had cigarette burns throughout, the bathroom was filthy, and there were burnt wall sockets. We decided we couldn’t stay because of the health hazards so we tried to talk to Staff, but no one was available at the front desk for over an hour. We walked around……

“I wanted to sleep in my vehicle! Shower head was moldy, no light bulbs in lamps, pet hair all over the bed sheets, no smoke detector, mattress covers were stained!”

“They were very prompt with requests. Made sure we knew plows were coming so we could move our cars. All around great place ”

“Bed and sheets were clean, the floor could have used some cleaning. Staff was courteous. Overall OK. It is what you would expect from a hotel off the freeway.”
