“We had a great stay and I would definitely give this place 5 stars. The room met my expectations, and I especially liked the large bathroom and the kitchenette, which was very convenient for my family. The only minor issues were that there was no carpet or entrance mat to wipe your feet or shoes before entering, and the breakfast selection was limited. On our first morning, there was nothing left by 8:15 a.m., so my kids were disappointed and we didn't go back for breakfast afterward. Overall,……

“Arrived to an unclean room with no clean towels, kitchen, or sheets. There were cigarette ashes on the nightstand and floor. The lock on my door did not secure properly unless you slammed the door and I was locked out 2 nights of my stay. I had to call their “lock-out” number 10-15 times over the course of 30 minutes to get back into my room. I have never had a worse experience at a hotel.”
