“The photos online are not representative of present condition of the property. Tub backed up terribly. Carpet and seating area had major stains. Bedding looked like it might not have been changed, after last room rental. There were several hairs in the bedding when pulling back sheets. Luckily, there was a second bed that seemed better. Add to that, the towels were clearly years old. One had a hole and loose threads hanging off of it. Overall, even for a budget motel, very underwhelming.……

“The lobby was hot and uncomfortable, but clean and well maintained. Check in went smoothly after a short wait for the desk attendant to come. Shortly found out that there was no hot water in the entire hotel when a member of my party tried to take a shower. After talking with the front desk about the problem they told us that they had been closed down for the past 2 days while they had no hot water, but, someone came and fixed it so they are now open and were unaware that the hot water was……

They're redoing the heating system and the AC and you can't get your room any cooler than 70° we had it turned down to 60 and it was very uncomfortable for all. My friend had a medical problem it needed it cooler and they were unable to accommodate us. They also were not able to give us any credit back or make it”

“The private hot tubs in the tree houses and cabins are too short to accommodate one or 2 people. The self service check-in is annoying, there is nobody on the premises and we couldn't lock our treehouse door. I called the phone support and they insisted on sending me a video instead of just telling me how to lock the entry door. I had to talk to someone in the Philippines about charging the security deposit to my credit card. There is no private balcony or patio. The tree houses have one set of……

“This is a very nice double-wide unit in an RV park. We had only reserved it for 1 night as it was 15 minutes from the Sterling Renaissance Festival. Very clean with two queen beds and two bathrooms. Full kitchen and in-house laundry. Lots of room for everyone. ”
