“Perks.... location, t.p., dishwasher and washing machine pods, easy access, quiet, parking, communication with host, mattress and pillows acceptable.Cons....I didn't find any updates, wouldn't call it beautiful. “Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by). The property manager was excellent and handled everything perfectly.On a "needs improvement side" there are several things. “This small apartment has everything you need to live in the Denver area for a few days. It is quiet, well-maintained and secure. There are many places to enjoy a great meal in the DTC neighborhood, and it is close to Cherry Creek Park. We used the space as a base camp, to travel back and forth to visit family in east Aurora. The only downside is the living room furniture. There is one worn out hide-a-bed couch to sit on. It is extremely uncomfortable to sit on it to watch tv or read. I……

“Easy access, nice space and amenities ”

“We arrived and the AC was broken. Took a shower and there were exactly 2 towels, one for each of us. Ended up asking for refund and received 25%. The host was nice and very apologetic, but I would not choose to stay in the property again. ”
