"I loved the balcony/patio and walk to Beach and coffeshops."

"The hotel was very nice. But no microwave and the floors in the rooms where filthy. The clean good but pushing that pad doesn't get them clean. I splattered water in the bathroom and took a paper towel to get it up it was gray. Really need a different way for them to use. "

"Our room was booked for UF graduation 2026 back in 2025, I wish I would’ve been made aware that my spouse and I would be staying in a handicap accessible room. The room was clean with the exception of the metal grab bars, I didn’t really need them but I did grab one and it did not feel clean to the touch. I think it’s great that you have these rooms but I also think it should be disclosed and saved for a family who may actually need the accommodations. We didn’t necessarily need to have things below eye level. Breakfast was great ! The property was clean and well kept ! The only thing keeping from coming back is the noise of the main road or the highway."

"Teresa and Ashley were awesome we only stayed one night before getting on the cruise ship hotel was completely renovated last year and was like new… very convenient to interstate and lots of shopping within minutes or walking distance… breakfast is grab and go but nice Waffle House approximately 2 blocks away"

"It’s right on the beach and good for walking. It’s the nicest hotel in the area and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there. The restaurant is really good for an Embassy Suites property."

"We love the hotel. It was great. We had a beautiful room that overlooked the ocean. The only problem is the TV didn’t work. It was our wedding anniversary anyway so we really didn’t care about the TV. They sent up a bottle of champagne with two champagne glasses in a bucket. It was so sweet. They wanted to move our room, but we were already settled in so we went without the TV. They credited us $100 to our room when we checked out which was so nice. The staff is incredibly helpful will definitely be back again."

"The hotel had a very friendly vibe and the staff were awesome! The carpets were a little dirty/worn from being old but other than that the place was very clean and met all of our vacation needs. The pool and hot tub were great! Only negative, parking was additional, it should be included with the room."
