“Our stay was short-lived due to a power outage. The hotel didn’t have a power backup system, and it was going to be hours before it was overcome. So we had to leave and find another hotel in the late evening. The hotel should plan for that contingency for the future so that guests aren’t negatively impacted.”

The staff provided the best and most friendly service, and the breakfast was delicious—it was the perfect healing getaway. The hotel was clean, cozy, and provided the ultimate space for us to fully rest and recharge during our journey.”

“Really enjoyed our stay - it was a last minute getaway! Things I loved: Front desk staff was very nice. Historic lore. Elevator was ample sized. Bookshelves with books everywhere - halls, room - to borrow during stay. Room was nice size. Air conditioning was amazing. Beautiful new pedestal sink, well lit mirror and new high toilet. Nice towels, not scratchy and for the first time ever - actual toilet paper, not 1 ply institution tissue paper! Things I did not love: Front desk person make us……

“I have stayed at this property before. The positives are the price is reasonable and they allow pets and have a pet area. The pet fee is less than other motels. The staff was pleasant. The room was basic and clean. The negative. The door was extremely hard to get into with the key card plus it was sticking to open and close. We did not use the pool or internet. The breakfast was so so. The staff had made biscochitos, salsa and homemade tortillas which were a surprise and very good. ……
