“There is so much interesting history associated with this hotel that was originally built in 1879. Several movies have been filmed using the old hotel and there are placards everywhere on the floors of the hotel showing different events and different people that have stayed there over the past hundred or so years. It is a very interesting place to visit and I would highly recommend it.”

“I was shocked that there was no elevator and my room was on the second floor. I can’t climb stairs. However, the lovely young woman resolved the problem when she had a last minute cancellation for a first floor room. The only problem with the room was that the bathtub was extremely slick and there was no bath mat.”
