“A great Denver downtown stay. Very clean with a comfortable bed and two extra roll away beds. There is a parking garage underneath that you can pay to park in. They didn’t let us know about needing to pay for until a few hours before check in but we paid and it was worth it. There are some restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again. The owner was extremely responsive to messages.”

“We enjoyed the apartment and the location is perfect. Check in and check out were frustrating because I got communication via 3 avenues- the VRBO app, texts, AND emails. It was too much. Every time I had to find info and couldn’t remember which random platform they used, I had to search. The property itself gets a 4/5 for location, cleanliness, comfort but the shower was abysmal. A trickle of water pressure, the water never really got hot, and the shower head was coming out of the wall. The……

“It was a great experience.”

“The first apt I got the hot water wasn’t working, so they moved me to a new apt . That was very thoughtful, I was there do to my mother being in hospice and the lady thing I needed was to worry about taking a shower. I appreciate that they did acknowledge it and make it better ”

“This place is incredible. The views of downtown are beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better. We chose it so we could walk to Mile High Stadium for a soccer game, and it took less than five minutes. If you’re planning to attend a concert or sporting event, this is a perfect spot. Check-in was simple and smooth. The host sent the door and garage codes about an hour before arrival, responded quickly to questions, and was easy to reach. I’d definitely recommend this property for families or……

“This stay was great. Communication, the place, the view, the location (close to everything), it somehow felt private while you were there. You are right in the highway but it was quiet except for deliberately obnoxious trucks/cars. I would think you'd deal with this anywhere. We brought a Sierra Denali EV (very long truck). Be advised if you're bringing a very large vehicle be prepared to play Tetris getting into your spot. I am very comfortable driving a parking in Chicago and this was……

“This is our second time staying here and will stay here again next time we are in Denver.”

“A beautiful property with a great location, check in and instructions were easy as well. Incredible balcony with an amazing view of the city and mountains, I wish I had more time to enjoy it and the brewery across the street, maybe next time.”

“Disappointed with our unit. It lacked utensils, glasses and dishes, was not up to standard cleanliness as the carpet was dirty, the water pressure was very low (so low we didn't even shower the second day), and the furniture in the living area was inadequate and uncomfortable.”

“Property matched description exactly, in an area with many walking options!”
