“Very clean and liked that it was close but not too close to the hubbub of Traverse City. Good launching point to the M22 area. Had a bit of difficulty gaining entrance because I had not written the code to the key lock down and had no connection on my phone till we got inside to get the WiFi password ”

“Nice location, clean condo. Nice amenities. Lots to do and explore within walking distance of unit. Easy check in and out process. Ample parking. Great tasting coffee provided. Comfortable bed, WiFi and smart Tv. Definitely recommend. Traverse City is beautiful and this location has a wonderful historic property surrounding it. Delicious restaurants in easy walking distance. Definitely a fun place to stay and explore.”

“This was our second visit Nicely appointed 1 bedroom with laundry in the apartment, as well as a kitchen. Walking distance to downtown Traverse City. We enjoy staying here much more than a hotel. Hosts were helpful at our earlier visit, we didn't need anything this time, but responded quickly when I informed them we were checked out! We will likely be back next year.”

“At first glance, the rental appeared clean and updated, but that quickly changed. The floors were quite dirty, with visible salt stains and debris. After sweeping, it was clear they hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. I also noticed loose cupboard hinges. The bathroom had more serious issues. The handle on the glass shower door was not securely attached, which felt like a safety hazard. Additionally, neither bathroom outlet worked, and I was unable to find or reset a breaker. “What we liked was the location. To shops in town and restaurants. Things that should be improved. The lighting in the kitchen was horrid cobwebs around the lights. The water pressure taking a shower was not good. Since this is a dog friendly location. It would be best if the carpets were ripped up and just wood floor be put down. The carpet was dirty and covered up with a rug”

“We stayed here for the cherry cup soccer tournament and it was great! Close enough drive to the fields and the price was unbeatable. The place was clean and had everything we needed to survive tournament weekend with 3 kids. Will definitely be looking to stay here again next time we’re up in Traverse City.”
