“We stayed here for the cherry cup soccer tournament and it was great! Close enough drive to the fields and the price was unbeatable. “This was our second visit Nicely appointed 1 bedroom with laundry in the apartment, as well as a kitchen. Walking distance to downtown Traverse City. We enjoy staying here much more than a hotel. Hosts were helpful at our earlier visit, we didn't need anything this time, but responded quickly when I informed them we were checked out! We will likely be back next year.”

“At first glance, the rental appeared clean and updated, but that quickly changed. The floors were quite dirty, with visible salt stains and debris. After sweeping, it was clear they hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. I also noticed loose cupboard hinges. The bathroom had more serious issues. The handle on the glass shower door was not securely attached, which felt like a safety hazard. Additionally, neither bathroom outlet worked, and I was unable to find or reset a breaker. “Our stay over memorial weekend was great. Slight issue with the rec room the rec room working with the cable during some rain, but we found some games inside and played them; outside of that, it was great. We fished off the dock, had bonfires in the evening, the interior was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend this property for families with kids as there is a ton to do in nearby towns.”

“The site was well kept and tidy. Host was very welcoming. We had everything we needed. Cabins are older and not fancy. I wish there had been less dust in kitchen. The estate has "flavorful"well water so bring your own water if that's a concern. I would stay here again. ”
