“Our room was clean, there were virtually no amenities; outside the weekdays during the first shift, there is no staff visible to service customers- problems don’t get resolved until the next morning- maybe; scratching inside the wall (some kind of animal; LASTLY AND NOT THE LEAST- WE HAVE AT LEAST ONE OR MORE MICE IN OUR ROOM- NO STAFF WAS AVAILABLE TO REPORT IT, SPOTTED ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON & SUNDAY. HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY MORNING.”

“Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber ich habe seit meiner Ankunft vor vier Tagen keine Nacht ruhig geschlafen. Ich vermute, hier wohnen Leute; die über mir können nicht richtig über den Boden gehen, sie stampfen, und das fängt gegen 18:00 Uhr abends an und geht bis 2:00/3:00 Uhr morgens.”

“Ehrlich gesagt war dies einer der besten Orte, vor allem wegen des Personals. Die Zimmer und die Räumlichkeiten sind sauber, aber was den Ausschlag gibt, ist die Fürsorglichkeit, Gastfreundschaft und Kompetenz des Personals.”

“The nice suite. We only stayed ine night. The breakfast was of poor quality as are all hotel breakfasts. We always go out to eat. The staff person at check-in did not mention the breakfast nor time of breakfast. We asked to ckeckin 45 minutes early and ibformed room was not ready. Came back at 3:01, and agin ibformed room wasn't ready. After finding out I was a member all of a sudden the room was ready.”
