“A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family. ”

We have only positive feedback to give: excellent cleanliness, a very good breakfast, and a central location close to both the center of Chiusa and the train station. Marlis (the hotel owner) was incredibly kind and helpful. On a scale from 1 to 10, we would give a strong 10.”

“Costruzione nuovissima e tutto perfettamente funzionante. Camera con bollitore è già fornita di tè, tisane e nescafe. Silenziona e calda. Check in autonomo a qualsiasi ora. Ancora in fase di ampliamento quindi la struttura non offre servizi aggiuntivi. Il posto leggermente isolato ma molto bello a 8 minuti di macchina da Ortisei. Per muoversi consiglio mezzo proprio. Comprensivo di posto auto sottostante libero su proprietà privata della struttura. Da rivedere i cuscini del letto.”

Besonders gefreut hat uns das Upgrade auf ein großzügiges Split-Studio mit Küchenzeile und Wohnbereich – für unseren 3-tägigen Aufenthalt war das perfekt. Das moderne Design des Hotels ist wunderschön, und sowohl Fitness- als auch Wellnessbereich mit Sauna haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das gesamte Team war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, und auch das Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen und einer guten Auswahl hat……
