“Everything about the Hotel was excellent. Lovely, friendly, very helpful staff, compty bed and room, clean and with coffee/tea/biscuits provided. Breakfast was first class, trout with poached eggs were perfect, Trish went above and beyond to help us with my disabled husband, she even collected our cases from our room and a staff member took and loaded them into our car. “On first arriving to this hotel all seemed well, staff member was polite, explained all we needed to know and helped us to our room, once in the room we noticed that it needed to be maintained better as there was cracked tiles in the bathroom, frayed carpet areas, paint chips and marks on the doors. The furniture such as the dressing table is bubbled up and the tv remote was dirty also. The bed was very hard and left me with a very painful back, the pillows were flat and so had to fold them to……
