“The suite was amazing with wonderful views and very spacious. All the staff treated us very well, especially Islam at check in and Mohammed, who is in charge of the housekeeping. Would definitely recommend a stay here.”

“联网巨差！浴室必须更新！花超五星的房费住三星级酒店的感受。”

“Clean room Good staff Very good value for money The only thing was weak WiFi ”

“The location is excellent- one can walk to the Egyptian Museum and it is only a 3 minute walk to a lovely coffee bar. The staff are excellent and the breakfast was very good, eggs, fruit, cheese, bread etc. The room was not only large but very clean. The hotel arranged my day trip to Alexandria and its execution was flawless . I also recommend having the hotel to have a driver meet you at the airport and whilst there was some confusion, using What’s App easily resolved the problem.”

“The hotel is very nice with very attentive staff and is located right next to a shopping mall.”

“Just so cleeny rooms”

“Sehr freundliches Personal Sauberes Zimmer aber Sanitär Anlagen wartungsbedürftig”

“The location is very good, and the staffs are pretty nice! ”

“明明訂三人帶陽台結果給了一間無窗的，看似裝潢漂亮但清潔方面非常糟糕，甚至寢具似乎退房後都沒換過，非常髒，浴室也是很多垢、排水不通，櫃檯人員親切度也待改善。”

“The hotel is a dump, more a hostel than hotel. Walking up the stairs is very dirty, dark, large garbin bins along each corridor, locked rooms with padlocks. We left after6 hours as we came in at 1am. We lost all our money, orbits should refund me as i had to book another hotel. Orbits rebiews amd rating was inaccurate.”

“Convenient location, kind service, good facilities make the journey safe and comfortable! ”

“The hotel is well maintained, conveniently located with lots of restaurants nearby. It is clean and quiet. The staffs are very helpful and willing to help. Our group of 12 all enjoyed our stay. I will stay here again next year when in Cairo.”
