"There was no internet so phone in room didn't work, no streaming channels the jets in hot tub didn't work stained wash cloth in bathroom, staff was calling for maintenance and assistance with internet no one was returning her calls also there weren't many guests and we were put on the 4th floor which staff thought was odd too"

"I'm not sure if this hotel is under different management or have changed their priorities. I've stayed here a few times for business over a few years. I wont stay here again. While the front customer service was very good, the hotel is simply not well kept. If I can share pictures with this review I will but the bottom line is the hotel is run down and gross. From hair (pubic or head?) in the sink and around the toilet to stains in the carpets and furniture, it's not a clean, relaxing experience. "
