All she would say is "you cancelled, I can show you" and she refused to look at my confirmation of the new booking or look up the confirmation number (I had an automated email from literally 1 hour before asking me to rate my first impressions). “The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.”
