“This property was absolutely beautiful. Just a brief walk to the beach was a great experience through the small neighborhood. The swing on the porch was so comfortable me and grands slept there each night, the cool breeze was amazing. I will recommend and stay at this property again and again!!!”

“Really great stay for friends or small family. The courtyard was a great amenity and the kitchen was fully stocked with what you would need to cook a meal. Excellent location - such an easy walk to Kroger and Forsyth park. The free shuttles were only a couple blocks walk. Downsides were thin wall with the adjoining rental unit (could hear someone coughing and TV past midnight) and somehow a pair of used women's underwear in the bathroom towel rack. The host did a poor job with providing check-in……

“We had an incredible 2-week vacation on Tybee Island and the Cottage on the Green A certainly exceeded our expectations!! Our host Evelyn provided us with great recommendations on restaurants, local attractions and places to go and we enjoyed everything she recommended. The Cottage was a very convenient 5 minute walk to North Beach where we saw an incredible sunrise! “My husband and I loved our stay! Very clean and quiet. Just two things we didn’t like but it’s still a 5 star stay. (Bed kinda small for two people & it’s really noisy) and (bedroom door locking) we would most definitely stay again though.”

“First time to the island-”

“This was a rustic beach home, fine for an affordable stay on Tybee, but near enough to Savannah too. The weather was not very cooperative (September). Rain flooded driveway and only the basics in kitchen (no can opener!). But overall, a lovely place. Very clean and quiet.”

“Would give 5 stars but onlysupplied us with 2 towels for 3 people. Parking is a mess in Savannah but that is no fault of the Grant. Super convenient location cor all of downtown and the many things to take in. Would definitely stay here again ”
