“Had to changes room because the heater in the room they first put me in was broke, and they knew it was broke. So a bit of an inconvenience.”

“Its our go to place in Lincoln City, specifically for the quick access to the beach, the balcony and the fireplace. This time did have some confusion over rooms, as there was construction right next to the room that couldve been avoided. However, the owner called personally with an offer to move, a credit and an apology, which was very thoughtful. ”

“Beautiful views in a nice area. Convenient to shops. Staff very nice.”

“we originally reserved and paid for a room with the patio and when we got there, they had overbooked, so the first night we had to stay in a room we didn't really want. for the two nights that we were there, the hot water never worked, one of the bedroom doors actually fell off its hinges onto the ground in the middle of the night, they failed to clean the room properly with the floor still quite Sandy and garbage left in our cans. These issues were brought up to the front desk, to my surprise,……

“Motel renovated inside, minimalist and modern. Great central location and walkable to Nye Beach and Bay area.”

“The view of the ocean from our room was fantastic. The room was very clean and spacious. It was close to the things we wanted to do and staff pointed out some other interesting things in town. A little warm due to no air conditioning but a fan was provided in our room. Also gave us an adjoining room with the couple we were traveling with without even requesting which was nice. Would stay again if in the area.”

“The views from the deck absolutely cannot be beat. The house itself had great charm - almost a cabin on the ocean vibe. The house is very well stocked with all you would ever need! The path to the beach was indeed challenging due to recent runoff. Additionally, parking was pretty limited. All in all, a great place! We hope to return!”
