“Assigned a room with sheets that were not changed after the last guest and were dirty. Offered to change them and there were no clean sheets because washer wasn’t working. Plug for the tv wouldn’t even reach an outlet. Changed rooms. Lights not working. Tub was dirty. Ants on the breakfast serving table. Breakfast consisted of waffle, honey buns, and cereal. No pool or hot tub as advertised. AC wasn’t working properly”

“I booked Tuesday to Thursday to arrive early Wednesday to have a place to hang before I had to work a night install for work. Even though I paid in full they cancelled my reservation without even contacting me. Again I paid up front in full. Then they tried to charge me and said I would have to book another room. Then tried to charge me a cancellation fee for a reservation I didn’t even cancel. Expedia customer service had to call them to get me a refund. Messed my whole week up.”

“This hotel is what I call a working mans hotel. Its clean-ish. They have updated the rooms and they are cleaner looking. Its a place with a table and chairs and basic kitchen. No frills. I wouldve appreciated no glitter left on the floor but im sure that stuff was hard to get out in the first place. It didnt seem like the floors were even mopped/swept because my youngest feet were black after walking around. However, did not appreciate finding eyelash extensions in my bedding. Im hoping the……
