“The pet-friendly rooms were noticeably worse than the standard rooms. They had a strong odor, there was dog hair throughout the room, and the overall condition and cleanliness were much lower quality than the non-pet rooms. If you’re traveling with a pet, I would not recommend staying here. When we raised our concerns about the condition of the room, the staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and rude, which made the experience even more disappointing.”

“The hotel was a wreck, totally runned down, smells like mold (we woke up in the morning feeling like we injested a large dose of mold). The outside was in terrible shape, looks like it’s about to fall down with half paint job done. Pictures advertised on Expedia were totally inaccurate! Our bathroom sink was totally clogged when we checked in and staff didn’t even offer to fix it when we complained about it. We would NOT ever recommend this place to anyone!
