“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even helped us with an early check in.”

“Only”

“Room was very clean. Nice breakfast variety. Plenty of parking. Staff was pleasant. My only complaint was we had a handicapped shower and the water would go out onto the floor . Had to put towels down to help stop the water from escaping. We are not handicapped. Overall excellent. Would stay there again.”

“The pool is really comfortable, it's a pool where you can swim even in the snow season, there are nice and kind people who are there to help you if you want help. The restaurant closes too early.”

“I am getting use to having the shampoo, conditioner and body wash permanently in the shower at hotels. A bit disappointed it was not in there especially the body wash. Our room was on the side of the pool so no natural light and the room was dark. Another lamp or perhaps a ceiling fan with a light could help. The coffee was delicious!”

“After checking in, we had trouble with getting the TV to work. A staff member came to our room and explained it was a new system. It took over half an hour by the staff member to get reception. Even after that we had trouble finding the stations we wanted to watch. The extra steps we had to take to find stations were ridiculous, There was no list of stations provided, and we had to search through the entire station menu until we found the station we wanted. I have never seen that kind of a setup……

“Good”

“I would like to appreciate a lady, Miss Molly, she is so nice and always try to help me. If I go there next time, I will stay there again.”
