This beautiful and updated vacation rental features a number of desirable amenities inside and out including a full, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a comfortable living area with a large, flatscreen TV, and a furnished, Gulf-facing balcony offering spectacular views of the beach and the water. Guests will also enjoy access to on-site amenities including shared pools, indoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.

This Gulf front condo is just a few steps from the sugary white sands of Panama City Beach, where you'll find great opportunities to parasail, jet ski, and fish from the shore. You'll be just a little over a mile from Gulf World where you can catch a dolphin show and get up close and personal with a variety of other wildlife. This vacation rental is also a mile from Pier Park, home to some of the area's best shopping, dining, and entertainment including Dave & Busters and Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Room 104 was great for convenience. We didn’t have wait for elevators… (which can be a long wait during peak times of day, other than that elevators were fine) this room is “beachy” with more open floor space than the 4 other families rooms we went with. Furniture could be updated but we go for the sand not so much the room. Kitchen was furnished for everything we needed. Two beach chairs and umbrella are included BUT you will probably get the back row. There is some sort of lawsuit between Tidewater and the lady who “leases” the beach to them… she is wicked, if you sit in the wrong chair for longer than a few minutes she will take your picture and make her workers tell you to move…. You can not have any tents anywhere on her sand, you can not even bring an extra umbrella to cover your baby for more protection. You can not have any chairs taller than a beach size chair. She takes pictures of everything, our friend was fishing early one morning and she tried to tell him to move… If it wasn’t for that lady I would give the resort a 5 star, she hindered and bothered everyone everyday. Hopefully the resort wins and they can get their beach back for families to would want to come back to Tidewater

Nice enough

Being on the first floor is a plus because you can walk the stairs down to the beach and not need the elevators which can take forever. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t use the bunk beds but the pull couch was just ok. The view of the gulf was beautiful! The owner needs to address the minor issues with the drywall cracks in various places. There is some condensation on the ceiling in the kitchen and the toilets are wasting water because the stoppers are not shutting off. The dryer is loud, but we just did laundry during the day so it didn’t bother us. The sliding door was difficult to push open and closed. The storage was minimal. Overall, it was fine for us and we enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed

I wish I had something positive to say about this condo or Vacasa, but I don’t. As you will read in other reviews the elevators in this condo building are ridiculous. There is no reason to wait 25-45 minutes for an elevator. Unpacking and packing your car is a nightmare. The carts are purposely too tall to fit in your condo so you must unpack from the middle of the walkway as everyone tries to navigate around you. The condo itself is filthy. The bunk beds have dirt and filth stains all over them. The wall next to the bottom bunk bed has all kinds of marks (you can imagine from what) all over it. The curtains in the bedroom and living room have stains. You don’t want to touch them. The floor in the bathroom by the bedroom has mold and dirt in the calking by the tub. There is a large crack in the ceiling as you walk in the front door. The door frame itself is supposed to be white but it’s more of a black from all of the dirt. There isn’t anything around the sprinkler in the ceiling leaving all kinds of room for anything to crawl out. I had to ask for a piece of wood to go in the track of the sliding glass doors as there is no longer a handle or lock on them. Safety issue! The rug on the porch is falling apart and so are the chairs. The extra “clean” sheet had a urine stain on it. I was promised by the Vacasa manager that someone would be right up to clean at least the bunk bed area and bring a clean set of linens but no one ever showed. I called her again the next day and never received a call back or anyone to clean. I will never return to this condo complex again nor will I use Vacasa. Extremely disappointed!!

Definitely not a home away from home

It saddens me to even leave a negative review when it could have easily been fixed when I talked to customer service, but upon arrival we noticed there was a shortage of blankets (in February.) The master had a sheet, some thin blanket, and some sort of sheet/quilt at the top that pulled the other covers off as you slept. The bunks only had a sheet and the thin blanket. There was no bedding at all for the fold out. We contacted Vacasa to let them know about a cigarette burn in the bathroom as well as huge cracks in the walls throughout the unit & mentioned the blanket situation. Their only response was that they don’t put out as many blankets this time of year (winter?!?) and that “at least the weather was nice….” She also said that we should have been contacted to bring our own…this obviously didn’t happen. In all of my times renting a condo, I have never been told to bring my own bedding and ended up having to go buy blankets for everyone. This is probably my biggest issue and it’s all to do with the rental agency - not the actual unit. In regards to feedback about the bed, it wasn’t awful, but you do tend too roll off if you don’t get in there just right haha The kitchen had most everything we needed which was a plus. As a heads up - the dryer makes the loudest, most obnoxious squeaking sound so you can’t run it at night, otherwise you can’t sleep. It’s manageable during the day.

Spacious place to relax

When walking in the place smelled clean and we were happy to get away. Very spacious, kitchen had plenty of counter space, we enjoyed it but realized dining room and bar stool seats needed some deep cleaning,. Living room was large for 2 people we enjoyed it but due to the bar stools and dining chairs it made us wonder about the sofa cleanliness. The bedroom was great, restrooms could use some work. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

Beautiful Condo

Not sure how to answer this. The room was beautiful, clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. But we won’t be back because of the elevators. Waiting 30 to 45 min for the elevators each time we left or returned to our room took up way too much of our vacation time.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and well furnished. We loved being able to watch the ocean from the living room or balcony. We will definitely be back!!
