The lady that checked me in over charged me and I didn't know until I checked my checking account because she said she would email me a receipt which she didn't. When I brought up the overcharge to her she proceeded to tell me she wasn't sure but she thinks the hotel charges a hold for a one night stay plus the charge for my stay. This didn't make any sense because the hotel doesn't state that it holds a deposit or takes a……

“Everything was very good. The only thing I didn’t like was they only have 2 handicap parking spots. Other than that I highly recommend the facility. ”

“Our guest did not end up staying the night. While she was checking in , the front desk was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Our guest initially checked in and noticed her room was not clean - the toilet didnt flush, the faucet was broken and the lights were flickering. The front desk did refused to give their name and accused our guest of creating these problems. Front desk refused to check it out and see for herself. ”
