“We arrived right in time for sunset. Checkin was seamless, just a flight of stairs up and halfway within all of the units. Rooms were cozy and convenient with a bathroom tucked to the side too. The living area was perfect for our 5 3 and 4 month old. We had friends meet us too and we all felt there was enough space to gather for a short time period. 10/10 would rent again if it was available at the same rate! I did leave my watch charger there, and haven’t been able to contact so if anyone……

“we stayed here for a couple days prior to our cruise and had a great time. the condo had everything we needed and is in close proximity to an amazing breakfast restaurant (we went twice) and in walking distance to other dinner places. there were beach chairs and umbrella available as well as sand toys for our kids.”

“This is our second stay at this property, this time our parents joined us in another unit! This unit is clean and has all the necessary items needed in the kitchen and to enjoy the beach. Steps away from the beach, we enjoyed beautiful sunrises on the beach and sunsets on the rooftop. We also enjoyed three rocket launches from the rooftop! Will be back!”

“We went on a family trip with myself, my husband, in-laws, and almost 3 year old and had the best time! The condo was the perfect size and we loved the layout. The condo included so many extras that we usually waste money purchasing (cooler, beach chairs, utensils, etc.). THE VIEW was perfect and we were in the perfect spot to watch a few rocket launches. Even though they were redoing the roof during our stay, we didn’t have any issues or complaints!”

“This is the 2nd time staying at Sara’s place. Great mini vacation. The place is clean, walking distance to an uncrowded beach, and a wonderful host. If I had the opportunity I would frequently visit Cocoa Beach and stay here monthly!! ”

“We truly enjoyed our stay here! It is so cozy and close to the beach. The only down side is the washer and dryer isn’t in the unit and it could have softer pillows. Beds are comfortable, shower has great pressure, kitchen is fully equipped, the murals are so fun, beach chairs and umbrella are available and food shopping is near by! We also got to see bunnies and tortoise. Our family truly had a great time! ”

“It was our first time at Cocoa Beach and we loved the town. Great food, lots within walking distance. The condo is quiet and comfortable, and the view from the balcony is ideal. Umbrella and beach chair rentals are located right beside beach access and beach was not crowded. We would definitely come back.”

“We stayed here for 3 nights prior to going in a cruise. We flew which limited our packing options and this unit had everything we needed! Chairs, umbrella, cooler, even boogie boards! The unit looks just like photos and was very clean! The pool at the complex was clean and not very crowded which was nice. It was very convenient being so close to the pier, we just walked over for lunch every day and right back to enjoy the beach! Definitely would recommend!”
