“The place was clean and private. Easy and close to many things. Host had excellent communication. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and appliances even though we didn't use it. They have a Keurig and k cups to use when we were there for you coffee drinkers.”

“The suite was spacious and well equipped. Great kitchenette that we could prepare breakfast in the morning.Location was central and no issues accessing downtown area. We ran every morning on hiking trails Kidston Lake Beach and Macintosh Trails. All assessible from the house. Basement suite was fairly quiet and no issues with noise sleeping at night. House rules were clearly outlined and we had no issues respecting them.”

We spent hours watching seals, sailboat races, cruise ships, and freighters go by, and loved having the telescope to get a closer look.The welcome binder was very helpful for figuring out how everything worked around the house. “The property was clean but very outdated. The building was in need of repairs and updating. The bed in the « fourth » bedroom in the basement needs to be replaced as it was the least comfortable sleep. Also in the basement was a toilet inside the laundry/utility room. The front window has rust streaks down the outside. Part of our family only stayed one night so we moved up to the main bed and that was better. I would not bill this as a four bed rental unless the basement room and bath are……

“The apartment was was great. Very roomy, clean, neat and tidy. Everything we needed for a comfortable couple of nights stay and it would certainly suit a longer stay. The hosts were very responsive and checked in via message several times. The location was perfect. Short driving distance to shopping and the event we were in the city for.
