But omission of explanation of heater adjustment.We were required to fill in a form with all our personal details including credit card details. Supposedly a VRBO requirement that we have never come across before. It left us feeling very uncomfortable, after all, if there are problems you are supposed to go through VRBO and they have all those details already.Fridge did not work at allHair dryer did……

“酒店位置好，離滑雪車只需 8分鐘步行；房間大，而房間設施非常齊備，自己煮食無難度；酒店有熱水池，對玩到疲倦的客人，是一個貼心的設施；最後必耍提的一點，就是有位要表揚的男員工 Rhys，他主動對客人有善的協助，當我們最後一天，在早上10時已經退房後，他不但讓我們的行李安心保管在酒店內，他還給我們優待，讓我們在完成滑雪後，已是下午 4時多，還可使用酒店內的設施。這酒店貼心的安排及員工積極的協助，是給客人的一份禮遇和滿足 ! 我推薦這是一好服務的酒店。”

“Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head. I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control. In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person. The room……

“The location of the condo was perfect! So close to the Whistler Village, Lost Lake Park and the Gondolas. We stayed a week and rarely used the car. The condo was very comfortable, well supplied and spacious. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and put a lot of effort into making our stay enjoyable. The digital house manual and dining recommendation were very much appreciated. Hope to return in the future.”
