“This was my first time staying in Philadelphia, so I was a little apprehensive about what to expect. Everything was perfect, the host took care of everything and was really nice. She also made sure we had parking in front of the property. The photos do not show just how nice this place actually is, and It is so cozy and homey. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“I stayed at this townhome for 5 nights in June, 2025. The place is 100 years old at least but the interior has been remodeled and is modern in all areas with central heat, AC, a very modern kitchen, combo washer/dryer and all sorts of amenities. I rarely used the kitchen but it has just about everything you could want. There are four levels which means there are a lot of stairs. “We spend a couple of days at this location and it had everything we needed. The location is pretty central and had many restaurants walking distance. Like they had in the description, parking is challenging, but not impossible .”

“This is a cute rowhouse in a clean, quiet neighborhood sprinkled with cafes, pubs, restaurants and even a prison -- a defunct prison that is a museum, that is. The house is in walking distance to the art museum and Fairmount Park, close to public transit, and a short drive to downtown/airport/wherever.
