Good location, but unpleasant bathroom odor
The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring Cusco, and the staff was polite throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there was a persistent foul smell coming from the bathroom plumbing that significantly affected our experience.
I reported the issue, but the hotel was unable to resolve it and did not offer to move us to another room. Ultimately, I had to keep the bathroom door closed to prevent the smell from spreading into the room. Since no alternative room was offered, I cannot say whether this issue affects other rooms as well.
The location and polite staff were positives, but the unresolved bathroom odor was a major drawback. I hope the hotel addresses the plumbing issue so future guests do not have to deal with the same problem.
