The room was very cute. Everything was fresh and clean. Front desk and cleaning staff were kind. The breakfast was subpar - no fresh/warm foods, and bagels were dry. The bed was ok but the pillows were awful. The vent in the bathroom sounded like a freight train.

The home was decorated so cute. You could tell somwone put thought in to it. Everything in the kitchen was labeled which we found very helpful. It was a great space for our weekend trip to visit our son in La Crosse. We loved the big kitchen table to play games and the private outdoor area was great ...

Jerry and Joan were great! Very responsive and informative. Joan had decorated for the holidays, which added to our weekend. The house was well equipped and we had plenty of space.
