"Our stay at florida residence was great, though there is room for improvement. Pros: -location was convenenient for us - breakfast was plentiful - we had a massive balcony with a great view of the city - it is elevated, so a climb to get there but away from the crowds - the staff were all very friendly Cons: - The rooms were clean, however our shower was very moldy. - The rooms are very pieced together with random ikea furniture with a very hard bed. - The walls are very thin so we could hear everything is other rooms all ngiht long. - The pool didnt look very clean and the cushions on the rooftop patio were quite stained."

"The view was a postcard from our balcony room. Staff is extremely friendly. Be prepared to hike the stairs up or down no matter where you want to go. Great place to stay. Breakfast and mini bar included. Porters take your luggage from the port up to the groom for $15 per bag. Well worth the price. And they will bring it back when you depart from the port for the same."

"I overall enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is located on a beautiful overlook point of the Amalfi Coast and the complimentary breakfast was great. The room itself solid and comes with a patio. The only issue I had was the WiFi not working in the hotel due to problems with the internet station supplying that area of Positano. Cell reception wasn’t the best up there either because of being so high up the mountain and that made communicating with my group staying in other areas difficult. WiFi would be available at certain restaurants as you walk further down the city but this hotel has been having issues with the WiFi getting fixed and I don’t blame them. But it still sucked."

"Wow what an incredible stay at Bougainville Hotel! The room was spacious and clean, the staff was SO friendly and helpful. Very worth booking a porter service through the hotel to bring your bags from the port of you take the ferry in. The breakfast in the morning was so delicious and the view from the Hotel restaurant was amazing. Could not recommend this place enough. They are centrally located to all rest and shops. Great place to stay when visiting Postitano!"

"Absolute perfection. The perfect way to end our Italy trip. The location was amazing - close enough to the Positano hustle and bustle but still managing to feel a little set apart. Great hotel restaurant. The pool is lovely. The private beach is phenomenal. The views from our room were breathtaking. The staff was out of this world. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"So glad we chose this as our hotel stay. Stunning hotel, heaven on earth views for their citrus gardens and private pool. The daily buffet breakfast that was included was great as well. They provided a custom beach bag with towels, the bag you could take home, and since it was our anniversary trip, we arrived to a beautiful bottle of champagne and pastries on our arrival. Truly a memory making trip and would highly recommend!!!"

"booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite in the heart of Positano, and the location was perfect—easy walking distance to the beach and everything in town. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they helped us arrange a private boat tour along the Amalfi Coast, which was amazing. Our driver, Christian, was excellent! One of the best things about staying here is that Positano is much quieter in the evening after the daytime tourists leave, making it easy to enjoy the town without the crowds. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We highly recommend staying here!"
