They were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to accommodate our request to extend our stay, even offering us the downstairs unit the same day. “Our first room was very dirty and disgusting upon check in. Very obvious the room was not cleaned. We found what looked like poop on the back of the bathroom door, pubic hair on the soap dish, and a fake nail on the floor in front of the sink. I went to the front desk, and the young man working was very helpful. He moved us to another room and walked it before turning in over to us, to make sure it was clean. “The host was very prompt and communicative. The place was also nearby downtown and had beautiful interiors. The o to recommendation I have would be to eventually change out the bed comforter, some pillows, and the mattress cover. I investigated a little too deeply and saw big brown stains on all of them which I understand comes from many guests using them and doing who knows what over time. It's just nice to come to a clean-looking bed. It was also hard to get used to the upstairs neighbors. I...

“The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay.
